Anderia’s expertise saved my hair and sanity during extreme postpartum hair loss. I was losing handfuls at a time and went to her with tears in my eyes while feeling defeated. After just 3 washes, my hair stopped falling out in handfuls and after a month, it started to grow back. I am originally from out of state. I am so glad I found Andiera. I have alopecia which makes me look older and unhealthy. We had an amazing experience getting a hair system for my daughter, who struggles with trichotillomania (hair pulling). Anyone who has been through this knows how emotional and vulnerable the process can feel, and the care she received here truly exceeded our expectations. From the moment we walked in, she was treated with so much patience, kindness, and understanding. Everything was explained gently and clearly, and she never once felt judged or uncomfortable. The hair system itself is beautiful — natural, perfectly matched, and incredibly well done. She has it re-installed professionally every month. What made the biggest difference is that this system has actually allowed her to grow her own hair back. For the first time in years, she’s been able to protect her scalp and see real progress. We’re hopeful that with a few more months — ideally around six — she’ll be able to move past this chapter completely.
